At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief: relationships are the foundation of everything else. When students feel known, valued, and safe, learning follows. When staff feel trusted and supported, they do their best work. My role as an administrator is to build and protect that relational culture every single day.

Students can expect me to show up consistently, listen genuinely, and hold high expectations — because I believe in what they are capable of.

What draws me to Sonora is the rare combination of deep community connection and a proud, enduring tradition. That foundation is something to build on.

Families are essential partners in this work. I am committed to open, honest communication — not just when things are difficult, but as a consistent practice. When families and schools trust each other, students win.

My door is always open to students and families. Whether you are a student needing a moment to talk or a family with a question or concern, please don't hesitate to come find me.

Here are a few of the ways I am here to help:

Academic Concerns — If a student is struggling in a class, unsure about coursework, or needs help navigating academic options, I want to be part of finding a solution alongside teachers and counselors.

Student Wellness — High school can be hard. If a student is going through a difficult time personally or emotionally, I am someone they can talk to in confidence. We will figure out the right support together.

School Involvement — I believe students thrive when they feel connected to their school. If a student is looking for ways to get involved, find their people, or explore what Sonora has to offer, come talk to me.

If something matters to you or your student, it matters to me
